Agent Resource - How to Create Marketing Content

# Sign in to the Ordering Portal

​1. Once signed in look to the navigation bar at the top of the page

2. Click on Listings

3. Find the Listing you would like to create marketing contentYou can also search from the search bar in on the page

4. Click on Open Marketing Toolkit Icon

5. Find the type of content you would like to create and click on the preview imageScroll down the page to find:

1. Flyers (Front & Back Designs)
   
2. Postcards
   
3. Social Media Templates
   
4. Reel Orientation Social Media Templates
   

6. Click on the template you would like to build

7. The template will open and will pre-fill with your information and media

​8. Now Click on the design to change the element

1. Click on any photo to change
   
2. Click any text box to adjust the text and also text color
   
3. The large blank area is formatted for your property description. Click and paste your write up about the property
   
4. Optional - Agent Logo: If you have a separate logo from your company you can upload it here. If you do not have an agent logo leave this blank and in the final download we will remove the logo plaeholder
   

9. Click an Image. Once you click an image you will see available images on the right panel. These are based on the images delivered for the listing. To see all images for this listing click the "eye" icon.

10. All of the Media will now show. Click the image you wish to add to the flyer

11. Click on Apply to insert this image

12. Click any Text Field

​13. Modify the text in the right panel to update the flyer

14. To change the color of the text

1. Click the color palet
   
2. Click and drag your mouse to select your desired color
   
   1. Alternately you can HEX or RGB values
      
3. As you click in the color picker pallet you will visually see this update on the design
   
4. When you have your desired color click off scree to remove the color picker pallet
   

15. (Optional) If you want to change the filename of your design click the pencil icon at the top of the page by "Template Name"

16. When Complete - Click Save Changes. Then you can "Download" your designAlternatively after saving your can share your design to popular social channels

17. Now you are complete! Below is an example of what you can create!
