You are able to login to the portal and modify the property website. One of the actions you can do is hide images from showing on the property website. To get started to go to the listings: Find the Property you're looking to edit and go to the property website editor: Once you're in the Property Website Editor, select Gallery: Uncheck the Display to hide image Make sure to click on save changes!
8/19/2025 0 Comments How to Rearrange ImagesLooking to adjust the order of the images in the Gallery manually? As a real estate agent, showcasing properties in their best light is crucial, and that starts with great visuals. There are times when manually adjusting images gives you the control needed to highlight a property's best features. Here's how you can do it: To get started to go to the listings: Find the Property you're looking to edit and go to the property website editor: Once you're in the Property Website Editor, select Gallery: After clicking on the gallery section, the rearrange button will show All you need is to drag the image you're looking to move Note: Press CTRL/CMD or shift to select multiple files. Images hidden from the gallery will not be displayed here. Make sure to click on save changes! When you're ready to preview, all you need is to click here:
Making Changes to the Property WebsiteYou can login to your portal and edit any property website. The Property Website Editor will allow you to add information about the listing (bedrooms, bathrooms, description, price, etc), you can also rearrange and hide images and add Lead Capture on the website! # Sign into the Portal 1. Click on Listings 2. Find the Listing you wish to Modify 3. Click the Property Website Builder Icon - a New Tab will open If nothing happens when you click the icon please check your pop up blocker. The Property Website builder opens in a new Tab 4. Let's add Property Information - Click "Property Info" 5. Update this section as desired. 6. Add Pricing Information in the "Display Section Subtitle" We suggest you add "Offered at $XXX,XXX" 7. Here is where you can paste your property description 8. When you are done with changes click "Save Changes" 9. Let's Rearrange/Hide Images - Click "Gallery" 10. To Hide an Image uncheck "Display" 11. Let's Rearrange Your Images - click "Rearrange" 12. Click and Drag the Images to the Desired Order You can select multiple images by holding control/command 13. When complete click "Save Changes" 14. Let's add Lead Capture - Click "Page Popups" 15. Click on Add Popup 16. Click on Lead Capture 17. Check Required - This means the user cannot interact with the page unless they give submit their information. Delay Time - is the seconds before the pop up appears. If you do not want a delay enter "0" 18. Click on Save popup 19. To View the page Scroll up to the top of the Property Website Builder and Click "View" 20. You Can View the Updated Property WebsiteIn this example we are showing the Lead Capture Pop up!
You may have custom text you wish to add to your Single Property Website, each section on the website has a Title and Subtitle where you can add any text you wish. Login to your Agent Portal 1. Click on Listings 2. Find the Listing you wish to Modify the Single Property Website 3. Click Manage Display Page 4. Click the Property Info box 5. Enter desired text in the "Display Section Title" and "Display Section Subtitle" 6. Click on Save Changes 7. To see your changes Click on Preview 8. The entered text will display here on the Single Property Website
8/19/2025 0 Comments How to Invite an Account ManagerAccount Managers have full access to an Agent account to place orders, manage media and access Invoices. Account managers will be able to sign into their account with their own credentials and then will be able to access to the Agent account. Accessing via their credentials means the main Agent will not have to supply a PIN code to login, the Account Manager can simply have the PIN code sent to their contact to login! 1. Visit the portal and sign into your account 2. In the upper right corner click the down arrow to access Settings 3. Click on Settings 4. Click on "Account Managers & Contacts" 5. Click on Invite an Account Manager6. Enter the email address for the Account Manager 7. Click on Send Invite 8. Account Manager invited!The address you specified will receive an email with an invitation to sign up and manage your account. 9. How the Account Manager will place an order on your behalfOnce the invitation has been sent out and accepted the Account manager will be able to login to their account and access your account. 10. Account Manager - Login to the Portal 11. Click on the down arrow next to their photo to access the menu 12. Click on the name of the Managed Account you would like to accessIf you manage multiple agents they will show in this menu 13. Click on Create Order This will allow the Account Manager access to your account 14. Done! You are now accessing the agents account.You may place an order by clicking Order Now at the top of the page, or click on Listings to see past orders and media

9. Click an Image. Once you click an image you will see available images on the right panel. These are based on the images delivered for the listing. To see all images for this listing click the "eye" icon. 10. All of the Media will now show. Click the image you wish to add to the flyer 11. Click on Apply to insert this image 12. Click any Text Field 13. Modify the text in the right panel to update the flyer 14. To change the color of the text
15. (Optional) If you want to change the filename of your design click the pencil icon at the top of the page by "Template Name" 16. When Complete - Click Save Changes. Then you can "Download" your designAlternatively after saving your can share your design to popular social channels 17. Now you are complete! Below is an example of what you can create!
Both admin and client accounts can customize the URL of the display page. By default, the address will be used as the URL slug. This can be customized on the Display Page Management. Here's how: Login and Manage the Display Page of the Associated Listing
From the Display Page Management - Scroll down to "Website Settings" Click on Website Settings Click on Url SlugThe URL Slug is the last portion of the URL address, by default we use the Address of the property as the URL slug Customize the text in the URL Slug box Click on Save Changes Click on Preview to go to the Display Page

Currently if you click download and nothing happens you have pop ups blocked in your browser. To disable pop ups proceed to the next step 2. Go to "Settings" and scroll down to "Safari" 3. Toggle OFF - Block Pop Ups 4. Return to the Download Page and tap DownloadNow you will receive a pop up message, click "Allow" 5. Click Download 6. In the URL - tap the download arrow, then click Downloads 7. From the Download Panel tap on the Video File 8. The Video will Open - Tap the Share Icon (bottom left corner) 9. Click Save Video 10. Open your "Photos" appYou will now see the video in your photos

Here's how: First option would be from the delivery email that you receive which would then redirect you to the download page You can click on View & Download Media here: Afterward, you will be redirected to this page: You can download photos one at a time or in bulk. In the event that you ordered videos, floorplans, etc it will also show here. You may also download it all by clicking on Select all then Download The second way to download the photos/content would be from your agent account: Go to listings: Select the listing you would want to download: Once again, it will then redirect you to the download page:
If you're looking to add your logo or your company logo to the photos that you'll be downloading, here's what you'd need to do: Simply go to the download page of the listing and then select the photo (or photos) that you want to download with branding Press download and then select the branding you would like to use. You can also upload a new branding file at this point The upload section would also be visible once you select the branded option: If you choose to upload a new logo, here's what you'll see There are 4 branding sizes/types and now 7 positions to pick from which you'll be able to see: Lastly, Click "Download Images". The system then creates the images for you after which the download begins.
